Thank you for shopping with us at Berzapi Store. We aim to provide quality products and clear policies. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1️⃣ Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:

✅ The item arrives defective
✅ The item arrives damaged during shipping
✅ The wrong item was delivered (different SKU/model than ordered)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us with your order number and photos or video evidence within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear documentation of the issue

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement item OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

📌 Important: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect color preference, size preference, or any personal reasons.


2️⃣ Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damage or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases where a return is accepted (rare), customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and unused condition unless defective.


3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., bedding once opened, pet products after use)

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Gift cards


4️⃣ How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • Description of the problem

  3. Wait for our return approval and instructions.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.


5️⃣ Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required):

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.
